Few people would know that it was a couple of women who pioneered the Australian coffee growing in their retirement. The story of Joan Dibden and Joy Phelps at Wombah Coffee Plantation on the Clarence River in Northern NSW, is an extraordinary one of trailblazing success –  of women who weren’t afraid of hard work nor the many obstacles that came in their way.
